TT-P-1757B is a Primer Coating which covers the requirements for two types, classes, and colors of a one-component, alkyd-base, corrosion-inhibiting primer coating.
The Coating covers Two Types, Two Classes and Two Colors:
Type I - Volatile content consists of non-photochemically reactive solvents
Type II - Volatile organic compound (VOC) content less than or equal to340 grams/liter (gm/l) (2.8 lb./gal)
Class C - Chromate based corrosion-inhibitors
Class N - Non-chromate based corrosion-inhibitors
Color Y - Deep yellow
Color T - Green (FED-STD-595, color number 34151)
