This specification covers both camouflage and non-camouflage, chemical agent resistant, aliphatic polyurethane coating for use as a finish coat on military combat equipment. It can be used in areas covered by air pollution regulations.
This specification is cancelled, however, Superior Coatings of America can still manufacture this coating and certify to the old specification.

Type II - Lead and chromate (hexavalent) free formulation to meet Rule 102, South Coast Air Quality Management DistrictÂ
Type IV - High solids lead and chromate (hexavalent) free formulation to meet a volatile organic compound (VOC) content of 420 gm / liter (3.5 ln / gallon) maximum as packaged.
Available in Fed-STD 595 Color numbers.
Please designate Type and Color when placing order.
