Dynaspec Lead& Chromate Free Expoxy Top Coat is a two component, high solids epoxy coating for use on the interior of tactical equipment.


The color of the coating is available in a wide variety of colors and gloss ranges including high gloss, semi-gloss and lusterless. Coating colors are designated by FED-STD-595 color chip number.  


This material is manufactured by NCP Coatings and is on the US QPD, distributed by Superior Coatings of America.


Epoxy Top Coat conforms to MIL-PRF-22750G Type II (Volatile organic hazardous air pollutants-free (VOHAP-free) formulation to meet maximum VOC content of 340 g/l (2.8 lbs/gal) as packaged), Class H (High solids, solvent base formulation) and Grade B (For the interior of tactical equipment not requiring weather resistance).


Minimum order for this material is 4 x 1.25 Gallon Kits.


Kits consist of 1 Gallon of Base (Part A) and 1 Quart of Catalyst (Part B) - 4:1 Mix Ratio.
