TT-P-1757 Rev B Primer Coating, Alkyd Base, Single Component - Stock Item
TT-P-1757 specification covers the requirements for two types, classes, and colors of a one-component, alkyd-base, corrosion-inhibiting primer coating.
Type: The primers coatings consist of the following types:
Type I – Volatile content consists of non-photochemically reactive solvents
Type II – Volatile organic compound (VOC) content less than or equal to 340 grams/liter (gm/l) (2.8 lb./gal)
Class: The primer coatings consist of the following classes:
Class C – Chromate based corrosion-inhibitors
Class N – Non-chromate based corrosion-inhibitors
Color: The primer coating colors consist of the following:
Color Y – Deep yellow
Color T – #34151 Green
