2 GL Kit - MIL-C-83286B - Coating, Urethane, Aliphatic Isocyanate, for Aerospace Applications
MIL-C-83286 Polyurethane Coating is a two component chemically cured product that forms a film that is resistant to chemicals, solvents and abrasion.
This product has excellent adhesion to most substrates and is recommended for heavy duty industrial applications where a tough, chemical resistant coating is required.
This coating is available in a 1:1 mixture for brush, roll and spray applications. It is specially formulated for excellent ultraviolet ray resistance and superior exterior durability.
The specification is cancelled, however, can still be manufactured and certified to the spec.
Type I - suitable for application by conventional pressurized air spray techniques.
Type II - suitable for application by airless spray techniques.
